I confess. I like toys. The stranger the better for me. This old Pee Wee Herman Jiambi (the wizard) magic box toy is a funny representation of pop culture toy spirituality, and reminds me of my stint as "Swamette Lavanonda" in the mid 1990's. I was actually featured on a website for six months reading fortunes in a lava lamp pattern as some of you may remember. This is where my computer screenname came from too, it just stuck. Jiambi reminds me that spirituality isn't always a serious business. I've always thought God made all the beauty and delight around us as well as the odd, so of course he has a sense of humor. If he didn't I sure wouldn't exist.
