Several kind friends have contacted me about my birthday, and what I would like as a gift on this great occassion. I promised everyone I'd make a wish list at Amazon.com for books, etc that I found inspiring for the next decade, and after searching around on Amazon (Wow, they have a TON of stuff) this weekend here it is.
