As of today, it has been 216 days since I quit smoking. I am very proud of this small accomplishment, and as hard as it has been this time to quit I know I am off smoking for good. In thanks to all that have supported this I will continue to update status until it has been a year. Only 140 days to go...I am waaay over the hump :)Thursday, March 22, 2007
